Hey gorgeous! I’m Tiana, Founder and Head Trainer of the Daily Flex app. We're going to be spending some time together, so I figure I should introduce myself in case this is your first time meeting me. 😊 I grew up in Virginia just a few minutes outside of Washington, DC, and I was always involved in some type of physical activity or sport. Apparently I couldn’t sit still! I trained as a Gymnast for several years, as well as Classical Ballet, and Track & Field.

Absolutely! Of course I would hate to see you leave, but I understand if you're not able to continue your membership. You're welcome to return any time.

Both! All memberships have access to both the gym and home editions of my programs in order to accommodate your preferred exercise location.

You bet! When you setup your account inside the app, you will answer a few short questions so I can assign you the best program to get started. Select "Beginner" for your fitness level and you will be assigned the current Beginner Level program. And don't worry, you still have access to all programs available in the app. Switch to a more advanced program when you're ready!

Yep! I know we get notifications from so many places these days, so I give you control over whether you want to receive notifications from the group chat or not.

Nope! Your subscription gives you access to all current and future programs that I offer inside the app.
