Apparently I couldn’t sit still! I trained as a Gymnast for several years, as well as Classical Ballet, and Track & Field.

Macro counts (protein, carbs, fats, calories) are provided for all meal plans and are automatically added with barcode scanned foods. Option to manually add foods and macros as well.

Are the workouts for the GYM or HOME?
Both! All memberships have access to both the gym and home editions of my programs in order to accommodate your preferred exercise location.
Do you have any Beginner Level programs inside The Daily Flex app?
You bet! When you setup your account inside the app, you will answer a few short questions so I can assign you the best program to get started. Select "Beginner" for your fitness level and you will be assigned the current Beginner Level program. And don't worry, you still have access to all programs available in the app. Switch to a more advanced program when you're ready!
Can I turn off notifications for the community group chat?
Yep! I know we get notifications from so many places these days, so I give you control over whether you want to receive notifications from the group chat or not.
Do I have to pay extra when you launch new programs inside the app?
Nope! Your subscription gives you access to all current and future programs that I offer inside the app.
